GetFi Plus is fully dedicated to ensuring the quality of our products and services. In the event that there is an issue with our SIM pack and/or SIM card, please read through our return policy below.
- You may make a report to our support team if any of the following events occur:
- The number on the SIM pack is different from the purchased number;
- The SIM card is faulty or damaged; or
- The SIM pack is lost or missing during delivery.
Once the report has been received and verified, a replacement SIM pack will be sent within 72 hours. There are no charges for the replacement pack.
- If the SIM pack is not acknowledged within seven (7) working days from the date of delivery, our support team will contact you for follow up and address verification. If the SIM pack is determined as lost or missing, a replacement SIM pack will be sent within 72 hours.
- If you request for a SIM card replacement for any reason, including but not limited to lost or damaged card, a fee of RM10 will be charged for the replacement. If shipping is required, an additional RM10 shipping fee will be charged. Once payment is received, a replacement SIM card will be sent within 72 hours.
- You are strongly advised to thoroughly check the boxes before signing the delivery order. Once you have signed the delivery order, GetFi Plus will not be responsible for any missing SIM pack and/or SIM card.
- Goods sold are not returnable or refundable.
